§ 1 Scope, Customer Information

The following general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Reinhard Winter - Interior & Design and the consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods through our shop. Terms and conditions which deviate from or deviate from our terms and conditions are not recognized by us. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

You can also place a binding order by phone or fax.
3. The acknowledgment of receipt sent immediately by e-mail or fax will also declare the acceptance of your offer and conclude the purchase contract. In the case of a telephone order, the purchase contract is concluded if we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, then you are no longer bound by it.
§ 3 Customer information: Storage of your order data

Your order with details of the concluded contract (for example type of product, price etc.) will be stored by us. We will send you the terms and conditions, but you can call the GTC at any time after conclusion of the contract via our website.

As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the customer's LogIn area (login).

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice

You can correct your entries at any time by submitting the order. We will inform you about further corrective options on the way through the ordering process. You can also complete the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Reservation of title

The purchase remains our property until full payment.

§ 6 Legal Liability for Defects

Some of our goods are legally deficient.

§ 8 Shipment of items by mail / shipping

In the shop, the shipping method "Versand als Briefpost / Warensendung" is offered for a selection of articles. If the customer chooses for this more favorable type of shipment, we are excluded from our liability for the correct delivery of the item in time and in due time. This applies in the event that the consignment is lost or is not served for other reasons or if the ordered item is damaged. Delivery of up to 7 days
