You have found it: one of the most famous and oldest French corkscrews from Jules Bart; the zig zag.
It comes from the 50s .. (see "Les tire-bouchons extensibles" by Jaques Lapierre, page 61))
It was invented by the French Jules Bart from Nancy and registered as a patent in 1919.
